Thank you for choosing Karing Tourism. By booking any tour, attraction, transfer, hotel, visa, holiday package or any other travel-related service through our website, office, mobile application, social media channels or authorized representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Karing Tourism.


1. Pricing

Our policy ensures competitive pricing together with the convenience of booking online.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All prices displayed are quoted on a per person basis.

  • Prices do not include gratuities, passport fees, visa fees, travel insurance, meals or beverages (unless specifically mentioned), personal expenses, room service, laundry charges or any other items not expressly included in the package.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to increases in airline fares, hotel rates, fuel surcharges, government taxes, exchange rate fluctuations or other unforeseen operational costs.

  • Once a booking has been confirmed and paid for, the agreed booking price shall remain valid unless additional services are requested by the customer.


2. Methods of Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other payment methods available on our website.

  • Full payment may be required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • By providing payment details, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • The transaction will appear on the customer’s card statement under the applicable merchant descriptor of Karing Tourism.


3. Booking Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • A booking confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to the registered email address or WhatsApp number provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details immediately upon receipt.

  • Any errors must be reported within 24 hours.

  • The booking confirmation serves as proof of purchase and must be presented whenever requested.


4. Cancellation, Refund & Credit Note Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellation

Every tour, attraction, hotel, transfer, visa service or holiday package may have its own cancellation conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before confirming their booking.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through Karing Tourism’s official communication channels.

Where a customer cancels a confirmed booking for any reason:

  • No cash refund shall be provided.

  • No credit card refund shall be processed.

  • No bank transfer refund shall be issued.

Subject to any non-refundable charges imposed by airlines, hotels, attractions, transport providers, visa authorities or other third-party suppliers, the eligible booking value shall be issued as a Credit Note.


4.2 Credit Note Policy

The Credit Note issued by Karing Tourism shall be governed by the following conditions:

  • Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

  • Redeemable for any travel product or service offered by Karing Tourism.

  • Can be used partially until the full value is exhausted.

  • Fully transferable to another person upon written request by the original customer.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Cannot be exchanged for a bank transfer.

  • Cannot be converted into a credit card refund.

  • Cannot be refunded after expiry.

  • Any difference between the Credit Note value and the new booking price must be paid by the customer.

By completing payment, the customer expressly agrees that where cancellation is requested by the customer, the issuance of a Credit Note shall constitute Karing Tourism’s fulfillment of any refund obligation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.


4.3 Combo Packages

For combo packages:

  • Cancellation of one service will result in recalculation of the remaining services at their individual selling prices.

  • Any eligible remaining balance shall be issued as a Credit Note.

  • Customers shall not retain combo pricing where one or more services are cancelled.


4.4 No Show

Failure to attend or utilize any confirmed booking shall be considered a No Show.

This includes:

  • Tours

  • Attractions

  • Hotel bookings

  • Airport transfers

  • Private transportation

  • Visa appointments

  • Any confirmed travel-related service

No refund, Credit Note, rescheduling or compensation shall be provided in the event of a No Show unless approved in writing by Karing Tourism or required by applicable law.

Unused tickets and partially utilized services are treated as No Shows.


5. Cancellation Procedures

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp.

  • Cancellation becomes effective only after written confirmation from Karing Tourism.

  • Once approved, any eligible Credit Note shall be issued together with its validity details.

  • Customers acknowledge that acceptance of these Terms & Conditions forms part of the booking contract.

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after accepting these Terms & Conditions, Karing Tourism reserves the right to submit the following as evidence:

  • Booking confirmation

  • Payment records

  • Customer communications

  • Accepted Terms & Conditions

  • Credit Note issued

Customers acknowledge that the Credit Note policy forms part of the booking agreement.


6. Itinerary Amendments

Routes, schedules and services may change due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Government regulations

  • Airline operational requirements

  • Supplier changes

  • Safety reasons

  • Force Majeure events

Where possible, Karing Tourism shall offer a suitable alternative of similar value.

Minor itinerary changes do not entitle the customer to compensation or refund.


7. Hotel Accommodation

Hotel reservations are subject to hotel availability.

Where the selected hotel becomes unavailable, Karing Tourism reserves the right to substitute accommodation of similar category and standard.

Hotel check-in and check-out timings are determined solely by the hotel.

Karing Tourism cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests.


8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Karing Tourism shall not be liable for losses arising from:

  • Illness

  • Injury

  • Death

  • Flight delays

  • Flight cancellation

  • Lost baggage

  • Theft

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Pandemic restrictions

  • Missed connections

  • Personal expenses

Customers are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance coverage.


9. Travel Documents

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • Valid passport

  • Required visas

  • Identification documents

  • Vaccination certificates

  • Health documentation

  • Entry permits

Failure to obtain the required travel documents shall not entitle the customer to a refund or Credit Note where services have become non-refundable.

Customers should verify all immigration and visa requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before travelling.


10. Website Usage

All website content including:

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Tour descriptions

  • Prices

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Design

remains the exclusive property of Karing Tourism.

No material may be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without prior written permission.


11. Delivery & Service Policy

Upon successful payment, booking confirmations, vouchers or tickets shall be delivered electronically via email or WhatsApp.

Physical delivery is not applicable unless specifically stated.

Karing Tourism will NOT trade with or provide any services or products to individuals or entities located in countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or where prohibited under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute, claim or legal proceeding arising from or relating to any booking, payment or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.


13. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, completing payment or using any service provided by Karing Tourism, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

The customer further acknowledges and agrees that, where a booking is cancelled by the customer, any eligible refund shall be provided in the form of a transferable Credit Note valid for one (1) year, in accordance with this policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
